Howden has reached an agreement to purchase CRF Conseils, an independent French broker specialising in financial lines, which Howden said begins its expansion into the country.

The deal, for which financial terms were not disclosed, is Howden’s first acquisition in France since appointing Nicolas Aubert as CEO of Howden France.
