Bruno Pfister, Scor’s independent director and chairman of the risk committee, has been appointed the chairmanship of the audit committee, effective today.

He succeeds Kory Sorenson who, after serving as a director on Scor’s board of directors for several years, has decided to resign due to personal reasons.
