Campaign launches to improve ethnicity pay gap reporting among FTSE 100

Responsible investment non-governmental organisation ShareAction has launched a campaign to lift the standard of ethnicity pay gap reporting among FTSE 100 firms, with plans to target financial services firms including insurers over the next year.

ShareAction said the first year of its campaign will focus on financial services before expanding to other sectors, to address racial inequality in the workforce.
