Generali has appointed Stefano Marsaglia to its board following the resignation of Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone.

Marsaglia has a background in investment banking, having held numerous roles at Rothschild, Barclays and Mediobanca, and is the current CEO of Azzurra Capital.
