Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings (R&Q) has confirmed the completion of a $129.5mn fundraise, following an approval of resolutions by shareholders for a rights issue at a general meeting held today.

R&Q said that it had received applications for 4,355,371 open offer shares, which raised gross proceeds of $5.5mn, taking the total proceeds to $129.5mn.
