Aon has appointed Leonique van Houwelingen as the broker’s CEO for the Netherlands and added her to its EMEA executive team.

Van Houwelingen joins from BNY Mellon, where she was most recently CEO of BNY Mellon Europe in Brussels and EMEA head of strategic growth and regional client coverage asset servicing and digital.
