Enstar president O’Shea to retire in March as Gregory and Ni step up

President Paul O’Shea will retire in March 2023 after 28 years with the company and its predecessor firm.

O’Shea is one of the legacy market’s heavyweights, and worked alongside CEO Dominic Silvester – and for a significant period chief operating officer Nick Packer – to build Enstar into the leading specialist run-off player.
