Axa XL has promoted Ana Dores to CUO for international financial lines in Asia Pacific and Europe, effective 1 September.

Dores, who will be based in Madrid, previously led international financial lines for Iberia for Axa XL.

She began her career with AIG Europe in Portugal as financial lines underwriter, and then moved to Madrid to become professional indemnity underwriter.
