Axa UK chairman Wheway to be replaced by Pain

Axa UK’s board chairman Scott Wheway is to step down as of 30 June, the company has announced.

He will be replaced by current non-executive director Mark Pain on 1 July.

Pain was appointed to the board as a non-executive director in December 2018 and is also chairman of the risk committee.
