WTW promotes Schepers to ICT head as Underwood retires

WTW has appointed Frank Schepers as global head of its insurance consulting and technology (ICT) business, based in Germany.

The executive will replace Alice Underwood, who held the position since 2017. Schepers will take up his new role in the coming weeks, following a handover period with his predecessor.
