Youi’s Oz-flood losses highest in its history at A$140mn

Australian personal lines carrier Youi has estimated that its gross loss from the Queensland and New South Wales (NSW) floods is the largest in its history, at an estimated A$140mn ($97mn).

It said the exposure, however, was adequately covered by its catastrophe excess of loss and natural perils aggregate reinsurance programmes.
