Clear Group has secured backing from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, the company has confirmed this morning.

The announcement comes after Insurance Insider reported the news first on Thursday that Goldman Sachs was the frontrunner in what is understood to be a ~£360mn ($443mn) deal.
