Aon and Howden are embroiled in a legal dispute over the 2021 defection of Aon’s private finance initiative (PFI) head Paul Tubb and five colleagues.

Aon claims Tubb “conspired unlawfully with Howden” to recruit key members of his Aon team, as well as to poach Aon business.
