Construction broker Paul Thorburn is leaving Marsh and is set to join Gallagher from next Monday, becoming the latest construction broker to make the switch between the two companies, this publication can reveal.

It is understood that Thorburn is joining Gallagher’s speciality construction team as a partner with a remit including operational PFI.
