Specialist (re)insurance broker BMS has announced the acquisition of SRG Group, an Australian corporate retail broker.

BMS said the acquisition, its seventh in the past two years, would complement its existing operations across Australia.

Founded in 2005, SRG is an award-winning brokerage that operates in Perth and Queensland.
