R&Q increases placing to $125mn after 'significant demand' from existing investors

The board of directors at Randall & Quilter (R&Q) has said it is upsizing its previously announced placing from $100mn to about $125mn after “significant demand in the bookbuild from existing investors".

The carrier said it planned to use the funds from the rights issue, announced in May, to “further de-lever” the business.
