Middesk raises $57mn in Series B funding to support growth

InsurTech Middesk has closed a $57mn Series B funding round, co-led by New York-based venture capital firm Insight Partners and Canapi Ventures.

Other participants included existing investors Sequoia, Accel and Gaingels.

The InsurTech, which automates business verification and underwriting decisions, will use the fresh funding to invest in new and existing products, scale its team and educate the market about business identity.
