Vida to sell off ~£33mn R&Q shares after Brickell deal cancellation

Investment manager Vida is to sell off 34,218,366 shares in Randall & Quilter (R&Q), representing a 12.4% stake in the company.

This morning, R&Q said it will go ahead with a $100mn rights issuance as it looks to shore up its balance sheet, which will be issued at 105p ($1.28)
