The UK’s Environmental Audit Committee (EAC) has opened an inquiry to assess the role of the financial sector in the transition to net-zero and examine the work of the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), launched at US President Biden’s climate summit in April 2021.
