Governor Ron DeSantis has signed proposed Florida special session Senate bills 2-D and 4-D into law on 26 May.

The bills passed the House and Senate floors this week.

Key points in the bills include the design of a new Reinsurance to Assist Policyholders scheme, tort reform and roofing claims legislation.
