Apollo ibott, acting through its MGA, has provided an insurance solution for the first zero-occupancy, self-driving vehicle journey on an open road in Europe, in what it called a milestone for insuring autonomous technology.

Apollo ibott said the project marked the first insurance solution of its kind created for level-four open-road autonomy – an official standard given to driverless car technology.
