Zurich has announced the sale of its Russian business to 11 members of the unit’s team, becoming the latest insurance company to cut ties with the country following the invasion of Ukraine.

The business will operate independently and under a different brand following closure of the deal and Zurich will no longer conduct business operations in Russia.
