GDV downgrades 2022 premium outlook due to Ukraine: report

The German Insurance Association (GDV) has lowered its premium growth forecast for German carriers this year because of the impact of the Ukraine conflict, according to a report.

In an interview with Reuters, GDV chief executive Jörg Asmussen said the body now expects 2.3% premium growth during 2022, rather than 2.7%
