Top Premier League clubs latest to launch BI claim against insurers

A group of top Premier League football clubs including Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur has launched legal proceedings against insurers over Covid-19-related BI, according to reports.

Various business entities relating to Arsenal, Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, Leicester City, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are claimants involved in the proceedings filed in the commercial court.
