Liberty Mutual Re, the reinsurance arm of Liberty Mutual Insurance, has made Alice Sharman senior underwriter for casualty reinsurance.

Sharman replaces Max Mallen who has been promoted to the new role of head of portfolio management for London and the rest of the world.
