Dale Underwriting Partners will launch into the marine treaty market in November, bringing in MS Amlin underwriting duo Matthew Sims and William Taylor to lead the entry.

The carrier said entry into the market came amid an “inflection point” in specialty reinsurance, as aviation, war and terror risks look set to break out of composite treaties from 2023 as a result of the conflict in Ukraine.
