Aircastle sues UniCredit to recoup letters of credit for stranded planes

Lessor Aircastle has reportedly sued UniCredit to enforce letters of credit related to aircraft stranded in Russia.

According to the Irish Independent, the lessor has started legal action to recover EUR23.7mn ($25mn) relating to its aircraft on the ground.
