Castel Underwriting Agencies has launched a contingency underwriting cell under the leadership of ex-Liberty contingency chief Yaël Mimran.

The underwriting cell will focus on the sports, leisure and entertainment industries. This is the latest launch into the contingency market, which has been transformed since the catastrophic loss event of Covid-19.
