Munich Re writes ‘negligible’ business in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus

Munich Re CEO Joachim Wenning has reassured investors the carrier writes only a “negligible” amount of insurance in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.

The executive addressed shareholders at the carrier’s annual general meeting (AGM) yesterday, at which investors approved a dividend for 2021 of EUR11.00
