Thomas Buberl was reappointed as CEO of Axa at the company’s annual general meeting (AGM), as shareholders approved all of the board’s resolutions.

BDGS Associes partner Antoine Gosset-Grainville was appointed chair of the board, replacing Denis Duverne, who is retiring after six years in post.
