Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) president and managing director Matthew Moore is to take the new president of underwriting role at Liberty Mutual Insurance Global Risk Solutions (GRS) as part of a management shake-up.

Moore, who has been in post since 2017, will continue to be based in London and be replaced by Phil Hobbs, currently deputy managing director of LSM.
