BMA calls for Russia-Ukraine exposure data

The Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) is requiring all registered insurers to disclose their exposure to the ongoing war in Russia and Ukraine, and the impact the events have had on assets and underwriting as of 31 March.

The regulatory authority said that the data must be submitted by the end of May.

In addition, the BMA underlined the need to conduct business in a “prudent manner”, including taking the necessary steps to manage the risks and uncertainties...
