Mulsanne ordered to pay Marshmallow ~£1.4mn in costs after court case

Mulsanne Insurance has been ordered to pay 60% of auto-InsurTech Marshmallow’s legal costs, equating to around £1.4mn ($1.8mn), following a court case between the two over a terms of business agreement (TOBA).
