BMA concerned over Bermudians’ $27bn silent cyber exposure

The Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) has revealed concerns over a potential exposure to silent cyber risks of $27bn among carriers in the territory, according to a report it has compiled.

In its Bermuda Cyber Underwriting Report, published today, the BMA said that the aggregate potential exposure for non-affirmative (silent) cyber risks is estimated to be $26.9bn.
