Majority of FCA staff back industrial action on pay and conditions

More than 75% of staff at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have voted in favour of taking industrial action, said union Unite.

The decision is a first for the FCA workforce and follows a dispute about changes to pay and conditions, which notably included performance-related pay and new salary ranges.
