Argenta Private Capital Ltd (APCL) has appointed three independent non-executive directors who bring leadership experience from HSBC, Rothschild and the Crown Prosecution Service.

The subsidiary of Argenta Holdings has added Cordelia Bowdery, Monica Burch and Philip Glaze to its board, who between them bring extensive experience across the wealth management and legal professions, as well as the wider financial services sector.
