Conduit has appointed Antonio Moretti as head of investor relations (IR) and marketing, as founding head of IR and strategy Tristan McDonald prepares to leave the firm.

McDonald’s LinkedIn profile still lists his role as head of strategy at Conduit, but a spokesperson confirmed he will be departing to pursue other opportunities after a handover period.
