Axa forgoes Corbin & King appeal and looks to finalise claim

Axa has decided not to appeal the findings of the Corbin & King BI case, in which the restaurant group was awarded coverage for shutdowns during the pandemic.

Axa said it respected the decision of the High Court, which found in favour of Corbin & King late last month, and was working to settle the claim as quickly as possible.
