Zurich Insurance Group is bringing forward its target to achieve net zero emissions in its operations by 20 years.

Initially, the insurer set a target of 2050 to become carbon-neutral, in line with the UN goal, but has since reduced its target due to a host of strict emission-cutting protocols.
