Optio Group’s cyber MGA Ascent will be unable to trade for the foreseeable future after it failed to find replacement capacity for around 80% of its binder, Insurance Insider can reveal.

This publication first reported in December that Munich Re, the lead paper provider on the binder, with a line of more than 60%, had given notice to Ascent that it would not be renewing its participation for the 2022...
