Italy’s MAG acquires majority stake in InsurTech Neosurance

Italian insurance broker MAG SpA Group has acquired a majority stake in InsurTech scale-up Neosurance.

The broker has acquired a 50.065% stake in Neosurance, a digital broker and “technology enabler” operating in East Asia, the EU, UK and US.
