The London market’s legacy systems could “doom it to irrelevance”, so greater investment and understanding of technology among its decision makers is critical, respondents to an Airmic survey have warned.

More than 70% of respondents also believe a lack of collaboration among insurers is an obstacle to improving market infrastructure, while 60% cite a lack of investment as being an issue.
