All Irish airline lessors terminate Russian leases by EU deadline

All Irish airline lessors have now terminated their Russian leases, meeting the European Union’s sanctions deadline on Monday, albeit with limited success in recovering aircraft, according to Reuters.

The news agency reported that all members of Aircraft Leasing Ireland (ALI), the representative body for the sector in Ireland, had complied fully with the sanctions.
