Lloyd’s results by segment: Reinsurance and casualty lead all-round improvements

Lloyd’s 2021 results have revealed significant improvements in virtually all lines of business as well as rocketing premium growth in reinsurance and primary casualty business.

The Corporation reported encouraging 2021 numbers this morning, including a return to profit of £2.3bn ($3bn) after successive years of losses, and an improved combined ratio of 93.5%
