Ardonagh’s restructure of its newly expanded specialty division is taking shape with a new role for Piiq CEO Phil Smaje, expanded roles for Besso co-CEOs Rob Dowman and Russ Nicholls, and the transfer of a number of Ed teams to Price Forbes CEO Richard Peers’ remit.

The restructure comes as Ardonagh begins to integrate the teams it acquired through its $500mn takeover of Corant Global, which closed in November last year.
