Miller has agreed a deal to acquire French intermediary Henner Sports from the Henner Group, in a move that will complement and broaden its sports insurance proposition for federations, clubs and individuals.

The Cinven-backed London market wholesaler indicated that the acquisition was an important move in its targeted expansion across Europe.
