Atrium has been fined £1.05mn ($1.4mn) by the Lloyd’s Enforcement Board over charges of discrimination, harassment and bullying, as well as management failure to address said misconduct.

The fine is the largest ever imposed by Lloyd’s for any type of failures in the market, as the Corporation seeks to make a bold statement on its zero-tolerance approach to misconduct.
