Inclusivity Partners’ return-to-work programme boasts 92% retention rate

Leading insurers and brokers from across the market have signed up to a programme offering career opportunities to women returning to the workforce after a career break, which has so far achieved a 92% retention rate for participating candidates.

AIG UK, Aon, Apollo Underwriting, Axa XL, Chaucer, Lloyd’s, Lockton, WTW and Zurich have all committed to provide opportunities for a minimum of six months to participants in the programme run by Inclusivity Partners.
