Mapfre targets 94%-95% COR between 2022-24 in new strategic plan

Mapfre is targeting a combined ratio of 94%-95% between 2022 and 2024 and premium growth of 5%-6% over the period under a new strategic plan unveiled at its general meeting.

Mapfre reported a non-life combined ratio of 97.3% for 2021.

The Spanish carrier is also targeting a return on equity of 9%-10% in the next three years whilst maintaining a solvency ratio of 200%.
