The modernisation of SiriusPoint’s Lloyd’s managing agent under Mosaic’s ownership could provide a “prototype” for how a digital managing agent could look and operate in a Blueprint Two world, Mosaic management has said.

The two firms announced the strategic partnership today, in which Mosaic will acquire the managing agent from SiriusPoint, while the latter takes an equity stake in Mosaic and participates in its syndicated capital programme across several lines of business.
